How contributions are received, allocated and recorded.

Our Commitment
Every contribution is treated as a trust. Donations are used for the charitable purposes of Al Raad Welfare and, where a donor selects a programme, for that programme.
Allocation
- Donations marked "where it is needed most" are allocated by the programme team to the most urgent case
- Restricted donations are held for the programme selected by the donor
- Where a programme is fully funded, we will contact the donor before reallocating
Receipts And Records
We confirm contributions received and keep an internal record of each one. Donors who need documentation for their own records should request it when donating.
Refunds
If a donation is made in error, contact us as soon as possible and we will review the request.
Transparency
We publish only figures our own records support. Donors may ask how a contribution was used.
In-Kind Donations
Goods such as food items, school supplies or medical materials are welcome. Please contact us before sending items so we can confirm what is needed.
